You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
During this period, you may contact us to initiate the return process, provided that the item is unused, in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging.

A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) may be requested to validate the return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return label if applicable.
Important: Returns made without prior request will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original, unused condition without damage, scratches, or signs of use.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, with all included accessories and components.
  • Include valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

VELIRA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or discounted products (unless otherwise stated on the product page)
  • Customized or made-to-order products

4. Return Procedure

  • Contact us at support@velira.co.uk, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
  • Ship the product back using a tracked shipping method.
    Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the error was on our part.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
  • In case of delay, please first check your bank account or contact your bank before reaching out to us.

6. Replacement of Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt, attaching clear photos of the affected product.

After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the product, or
  • A full refund, depending on your preference.
